Public Defender's Office

I played a key role in leading the strategic planning review process for the Public Defender's Office of the State of Espírito Santo, with a focus on strengthening institutional performance and continuously improving strategic management. The work was carried out in alignment with the Office’s mission and strategic guidelines, contributing to a more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centered public service.

The agenda included the following key milestones:

  • SWOT Matrix Review: We updated the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on recent data and active listening sessions with strategic areas of the institution.

  • Alignment of Strategic Axes with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Perspectives: We restructured the strategic objectives to align with the four BSC perspectives—learning and growth, internal processes, citizen service, and institutional responsibility.

  • Prioritization of Strategic Actions: Through a collaborative approach, we built a prioritized list of strategic initiatives to guide the next management cycles of the Public Defender’s Office.

  • Implementation Plan Definition: We designed a clear implementation roadmap with defined milestones, responsible teams, and timelines to ensure the integrated and monitored execution of the prioritized actions.

This project reinforces my commitment to delivering strategic solutions that positively impact public management and access to justice, in line with the values and goals of the Public Defender’s Office of Espírito Santo.
